Relocation package

Our experience from the traditional relocation packages is that the services offered are typically comprehensive but unfortunately also so highly priced, that the price of the package often exceeds the budget of the employees.

Vuokraturva’s relocation package is a cost-effective solution to the most troublesome and time-consuming problems of relocating into a new country, the cornerstone of the package being rental housing. Due to our position as the market leader of mediating rental accommodations, we have exceptionally good basis to assist you with housing and related issues.

The relocation process begins by determining the residential needs for the relocating person, based on which we will start searching actively for suitable dwellings. While searching for suitable alternatives, we will follow the market actively. Our close connections to the actors of the sector are also at our customers’ disposal. Out of the potential dwellings in the market, we will combine a portfolio including from three to five alternatives corresponding best to our customers’ criteria and we will arrange the schedules of showings in accordance with our customers’ individual wishes. As Vuokraturva’s customer you can familiarize yourself with the selected alternatives already prior to the showings with informative brochures that have been prepared just for you in Finnish or in English.

When seeing the alternatives is timely for you, we can pick you up by Vuokraturva’s car from e.g. the airport, your hotel, your current place of residence or other location at the great Helsinki area, whereto you can also be taken after the tour. If your prefer some of the alternatives you have seen, we will begin negotiating with the lessor in order to reach a rental agreement. We will take care of all the paperwork and make sure that you receive the keys in time and without effort. In order to secure your position also at the time when rental agreement reaches conclusion, we will draw up a move-in form at the location and photograph the dwelling.

We can also assist you with practical matters such as acquiring electricity, water, waste management, internet, home insurance and assistance with moving. These are matters that can easily cause stress, but are vital for beginning your life in a newly rented home and possibly even in a whole new country.

A typical commission for a relocation package 2928 euros (including value added tax 22 %), which is charged when both parties, the lessor and the tenant, have agreed to the rental agreement.
