Vuokraturva is the biggest real-estate rental agency in the Helsinki region and Uusimaa. We specialize in renting apartments. Our concept is to provide a system that guarantees rent-income for the lessor.

We check the backgrounds of our applicants very carefully. Besides normal security, the lessor receives a written guarantee for rent payments during the first year; if a tenant defaults on his or her rent, we pay it. This service is called the Vuokraturva Agreement. We have provided this service for every lease agreement for over ten years now.

We take care of renting your apartment for you from start to finish. All you have to do is to give your approval to the tenant we have found. Our service is very efficient and you can count on us to find a tenant for your apartment. You can join the thousands of satisfied customers we have with no worries.

Besides guaranteeing your rent income, our service includes making an estimate of correct rent, marketing and showing your apartment, getting to know and going through the backgrounds of applicants and checking their credit rating. We will contact the employers and former lessors, interview applicants personally, write the lease agreement, take care of banking matters and paperwork, security, apartment condition check-ups and receiving and handing over keys. We also give advice on questions related to taxation and legal issues. You only pay our commission when the lease of residence is signed. Our commission is 1.23 times a month’s rent and it is 100% deductible in the taxation of rent income.

Regarding the European Chemicals Agency

Vuokraturva also takes care of acquiring rental accommodation for the employees of the European Chemicals Agency. Rental accommodation of varying type, size and price is needed from different parts of Helsinki area. Vuokraturva won the bidding that was arranged by City of Helsinki, with maximal points from each rated factor. Professionalism, service entity and price were among these estimated factors.
