Vuokraturva’s relocation service offers a cost-effective solution for arranging housing for your employees. The content of the service is always customised to meet the customer’s needs. This means that you only pay for the services you really need. In our experience, relocation services are convenient but expensive. Our aim is to identify what the customer truly needs and then build an appropriate service package around the customer’s needs.

Our Relocation Finland service is available in the Helsinki, Turku and Tampere regions.   

A typical service package includes the following services:   

• We will make photo presentations of the properties that best correspond to the wishes of the client.
• We will arrange viewings of the properties in accordance with the client's wishes.
• If needed, we will pick up the clients from e.g. the airport, hotel or their current addresses, drive them to the viewings in a Vuokraturva car and take them back after the viewings.
• After we have found a suitable property, we will take care of tenancy agreement negotiations and conditions on the behalf of our client.
• We will take care of the paperwork and ensure that the client will receive the keys on time.
• We will document the condition of the property in a separate assessment survey including photographs taken specifically for this purpose.
• We will help the client in all practical matters such as making electricity, water, waste management and internet agreements and taking out a home insurance policy.
• We will advise the client about services and public transport in the area.

The price of the package is EUR 1 736 (EUR 1 400 + VAT 24%).

We will design the content of the package together with the clients to ensure that it meets their needs. If needed, we will also help the clients find moving services, get a Finnish social security number, acquire required permits and make arrangements for school and kindergarten places. The service package may also include other services that the client might need.
